Nippon Leakless Corporation is pleased to announce the acquisition of all shares from joint venture partner Talbros Automotive Components, Ltd. on January 25, 2024, making Nippon Leakless Talbros Pvt. Ltd. our sole subsidiary in India.
The new company name is NLK Gasket India Pvt. Ltd.

There will be no changes to the nature of our business, and we continue to commit to delivering the highest quality gasket and sealing products.
