It is a sealing material made by applying a thin, uniform layer of specially formulated NBR rubber, fluororubber, and foamed rubber to thin steel plates such as stainless steel or steel. The rubber coating process is carried out at our North America plant and Thailand plant.

Product No Type Features
LR100~ NBR Solid Rubber This sealing material, consisting of a thin metal plate coated with NBR rubber, integrates metal and rubber layers, offering excellent properties under high surface pressure and resistance to fuel oil. It is mainly used for ICE.
LR200~ NBR Foamed Rubber It is a sealing compound where a thin metal steel plate is coated with a rubber layer containing foamed NBR, known for its excellent rubber elasticity. It excels in sealing low-pressure areas and provides vibration-damping properties.
LR300~ FKM Solid Rubber It is made of thin metal steel plate coated with a coating containing FKM, and has excellent heat resistance and sealing properties in areas of high surface pressure. It is manufactured at our North American factory.
