We conduct our own research and development of materials and mass production technology while taking into consideration the environment and required characteristics in which the final product will be used.


#Low-sulfur Rubber Coated Metal

This material is made by coating SECC (electro-galvanized steel plate) with NBR solid/foam rubber, which has a reduced free sulfur content achieved by changing the rubber vulcanization method. The developed material does not use sulfur, so the amount of free sulfur is significantly reduced.
It suppresses the generation of sulfur gas, preventing corrosion of silver and copper and poor conductivity.
It is ideal for sealing materials for EV-related parts, such as sealing materials for electrical systems where corrosion due to sulfur is a concern.

Silver Plate Corrosion Test

Test method

- A piece of rubber was placed in a vial with a silver plate hanging from it, and the vial was stored at 80℃ for 2 weeks.

- The discolored silver plate was subjected to elemental analysis using GD-OES.


#Heat Resistant Paint

LCP-1:
This heat-resistant paint is developed and produced at our India Plant (Leakless Gasket India Pvt Ltd.) to be used to coat the surface of mobility gaskets.
LCP-3:
At our India Plant (Leakless Gasket India Pvt Ltd.), heat-resistant paint for motorcycle mufflers is developed that can withstand temperature 650℃

#Joint Sheet

FFA23:
This joint sheet is made by collecting scraps generated during the punching process of gaskets, crushing them into powder using our own machinery, and recycling them as part of the joint sheet's raw materials.
The sheets are produced at our India plant (Leakless Gasket India Pvt Ltd).
