We understand the behavior of the product when it is used (fastening + internal pressure load), conduct preliminary examination of prototype specifications (parameter study), and establish optimal specifications.

We use Fujifilm's pressure measurement film (Prescale) to visually assess surface pressure distribution when fastening parts. By converting scanned film data into digital numbers, we verify specification differences, evaluate seal performance, and confirm design concept validity.
